We've had this set for a few months, and it's so nice to have an automatic feeder. Both products are very easy to set up and use, and they warn you when they're getting low. I don't love having to use an app, but it's necessary to set up how much food you want dispersed and when. The water fountain stays a lot cleaner than the other fountains we tried using, so I'm very happy with both devices.

The fountain is great (the battery might not last quite as long as advertised), but I thought I was getting the feeder that is programmed with buttons. This feeder will require WiFi and will require you to download an app, and that’s not what I wanted. Chewy was great about processing the return though.
