Poor Design

Loved the idea of this fountain. I wanted one that was easy to clean - and that's the only positive thing about this one. Granted it holds 2 liters, but due to the type of pump, it must remain over half way in order for it to work properly. It will be above the MIN line and is barely pumping the water - once its filled up it works well again. Since it needs to always be full, the fact you can't see the water level either is annoying. I got this so I didn't have to tend to their water daily - might as well go back to a bowl.

Have to fill way too frequently

It works great but I have to refill every 2 days with only 2 cats. I may as well just put a fresh plain bowl of water out. Maybe a 2 liter holding tank but it needs to be filled nearly half way to even work. I have to unplug it and take the top off to fill it because you can't see the water level at all and it does have a maximum fill. I love that its stainless but this thing is more pain than it's worth. I miss my petlibro but they quit selling filters for it.

Stopped Working

I really liked this product, and so did my pets, but it abruptly stopped working. While I do not care for the product, Chewy refunded my purchase price and made suggestions on another pet water fountain. Thanks Chewy!

MUCH BETTER WATER FLOW

This fountain gives a much better water spout than the previous one. My Cat LOVES it. If i had to say one bad thing is that the water doesn't pool in the pan if the water level gets low like the previous one. So you have to keep a good eye on it on your cat will have no water.

definitely recommend

I got this initially because my kitten liked playing in water, but now all 3 kitties use it. One likes the bubbler and the other 2 like the moving water. It's been super helpful this hit summer.

My cats love it.

I have been hesitant about getting a water fountain for my cats because of all of the mixed reviews. But as soon as I turned this one on my cats were fascinated. And in seconds they were drinking. Which is great because they hate drinking from bowls and I don’t want them drinking from the toilet. One has been drinking from a leaky faucet but the other can’t get up to it. And when I repair it that won’t be available any longer. So when I found this fountain on Chewy at such a great price I ordered it. And so far I am really glad that I did. I was amazingly easy to set up and it is silent. Which I’m glad of because my cats are so jumpy. So I would definitely recommend this to any pet owner. I will come back in a month to let you know if it is still impressing me.

$50 for it to break immediately?

I spent so much money on this to replace my plastic water fountain since I read stainless steel was better just for the motor to break a literal week later. Waste of money.

Broke in 2 days

I love the style and function of this fountain above all others! Very disappointed the motor stopped working after 2 days I followed directions 100%, must have been faulty motor.

Cat Mom loves

My cat still prefers the toilet but I like everything about it. I was so hoping my cat would use it but she will not drink out of anything but the toilet unfortunately. I may put it on the floor for my Chi-Pin but I like it on the counter as a mini waterfall.

Open package

The package was opened and missing contents. The product itself seems to work. My cat just wants to play and doesn't seem too interested in drinking from it.
