Can you hang this on a wall?

This mat is meant to be used on the floor, and it does not come equipped with any hangers or loops for ease of hanging.

Are the feathers cruelty-free?

This brand uses chicken and turkey feathers in their products as they are more easily processed by a cat's digestive system than artificial feathers if accidentally ingested. The feathers used are sourced as a byproduct from the meat industry.

This scratch mat is not machine washable. Brush clean with a stiff brush, wipe clean with damp cloth if needed.

Can this mat wrap easily around pvc pipe? I’m making a scratch post for my project this week.

The Scratch & Play mat is soft and does not have a firm bottom so should be able to wrapped around a PVC pipe.

I bought this, as my one cat loves to scratch on an area run in the hall. This is pretty good quality and lays down fine. I sprinkled catnip on it, but they just ate it off. They've laid on it, but don't seem to know what it is for. However, that can change, as sometimes they catch a vision for a resource after having it for a while. I'll update if they ever use it.

Scratching mat

I thought the mat would be solid underneath so that when he scratches it, it wouldn’t move or bunch up. It never straightens out and stays bunched up, which my cat

I thought the mat would be solid underneath so that when he scratches it, it wouldn’t move or bunch up. It never straightens out and stays bunched up, which my cat has no interest in. He needs a flat hard surface like the ones made of cardboard or sisal that does not move and bunch up.
