Is the corrogated cardboard insert reaplaceable?

A replacement for just the insert is not available however, both sides of the insert may be used for scratching so flip it over after the one side becomes worn.

Does the scratcher measure 19.75 in length with our without the attachment?

My cats' said, it's just okay

Too fat to fit on the windowsill, and it's just okay according to my cats taste. Won't stay put on the floor or carpet without some rubber holding matt operation

Too fat to fit on the windowsill, and it's just okay according to my cats taste. Won't stay put on the floor or carpet without some rubber holding matt operation. The incline scratcher is still the favorite for my fur balls, and the always classic post.

I just adopted two 3 year old cats. I had no idea what kind of scratcher to buy for them & decided to try this one mostly because it was cheap. Both of the cats

I just adopted two 3 year old cats. I had no idea what kind of scratcher to buy for them & decided to try this one mostly because it was cheap. Both of the cats love it. They both sit or lay on the scratcher when not scratching on it. It’s very loud when they scratch but they leave my couch alone so I don’t mind the noise. The so called ‘toy’ is a total waste of time to to put together & it won’t stay together unless you tape it. After putting it back together several times I just took it off & threw it away. I would’ve recto it but there’s no place to do it here.

Scratcher is soild.

Great product. I did not add the end piece with the holes as my cats mainly use it to sleep on. Large and thick, it will take them a long time to wear it out

I place several cardboard scratchers around the house for my two cats to use as their fancy strikes. The scratchers are simple and my kitties really use them to scratch and sometimes just sit on. Something about a box! This one has a nice size to it for my large kitties. I sometimes drop a hard cat treat into the well for additional fun.

Both our new baby kitten and mature cat LOVE this scratch pad!!! Our kitten loved the added feature of the hide-and-seek cardboard attachment. We also put squishy fussy balls on top of the holes and our kitty pushes them into the holes, bats them around, then goes fishing and pulls them out. The top is very spacious!!! Our kitten even likes taking naps on top of it!!

Both 13- year old indoor Torties are loving their side-by-side scratchers, as their favorite perches. They scratch and perch for hours looking out a window. Wherever I place a scratcher on a shelf or table with a window view, that is where the girls hang out. Just for fun I put one on the floor of the closet, bingo, they found it there too. It is like a magnet.
