Instructions
Wash Instructions: Spot clean perch with warm water dampened cloth. Remove sherpa cover and machine wash cover separately in cold water on gentle cycle. Air dry only, do not bleach or iron.
Do not remove the peel off paper on adhesive strip until frame is assembled & you are ready to affix to a clean & dry surface. Allow adhesive to securely set for 1 hour before use. 1. Remove all parts from package. 2. Secure brackets to underside of perch with screws & included Allen wrench 3. Flip shelf over and place the back of the ledge over the windowsill. Make sure the brackets are flush against the wall. While holding the shelf in place, check the underside to ensure the adhesive strip is not visible, if it is, reposition the perch until it is not visible. 4. Wipe down window ledge and dry completely before preceding to next step 5. Once position is selected, gently peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive strip and place shelf into position. Press firmly down on the shelf directly above the adhesive strip area to ensure a secure fit. 6. Allow adhesive to securely set for 1 hour before use. If there is any movement or lifting from the windowsill, re-secure per the instructions above, making sure your windowsill is dry and clean. And that the adhesive strip is fully on the windowsill, with the brackets flush against the wall. If perch cannot be secured, it should be removed. 7. Once perch is secure, easily slip the plush cover over the installed shelf. Then invite your cat to investigate.

Very Disapointing
I was so excited to set this up for my kitty. She loves to sit in the window. I did so much research to make sure this thing fit, I even sent screenshots to AI to

I did so much research to make sure this thing fit, I even sent screenshots to AI to make sure the item and the window would work together. Sadly it did not. The bottom legs do not sit flush on the wall. The only thing holding it on the window sil is the tape strip, which ended up pulling the paint off.
Comfy perch for bird viewing
This is the second perch we have gotten for our kitties and they love it. It has soft corners and is easy to remove and clean.

Unable to use because of my windowsill design.

Sturdy and padded well
Didn't fit in my window but I prop a tote next to the window and puts the cushin part on there and she loves it.

Buyer Beware - Only Fits Certain Windows Types
The product description should indicate the types of windows compatible with this shelf. Unfortunately, my windowsill made it impossible to achieve a proper fit
The product description should indicate the types of windows compatible with this shelf. Unfortunately, my windowsill made it impossible to achieve a proper fit. The supports are positioned too far from the wall, preventing the shelf from being level. Although the adhesive tape is strong, it can damage the paint when removed. Providing clearer specifications and making design adjustments would significantly enhance the usability and customer satisfaction of this product.

The shelf needed more clearance on the windowsill to attach than described and the supports were no where near where they'd have to be to be close to the wall for
The shelf needed more clearance on the windowsill to attach than described and the supports were no where near where they'd have to be to be close to the wall for the shelf to be straight. I moved the shelf attachment velcro out to the end and added wood posts between what was there and the wall so it works for my cat now but not without some carpentry. It was the cheap small one (my cat is small) so I guess I got what I paid for. Don't recommend!

I didn't receive it and it says that it was delivered. Checked with Chewy and they said it was out of stock. Its been a couple of weeks and still out of stock.
