Stays standing
I feel like most cats would love this toy. Ours doesn't but it's visually appealing, stays standing, wobbles around, and seems well made. Our cat tends to be lazy

It does stand upright quick

My cats love it, but...
My cats love the feathers, especially with some catnip. It's the only toy my senior cat uses. 90% of the time, it stands back up. If it's tipped down a certain way,
My cats love the feathers, especially with some catnip. It's the only toy my senior cat uses. 90% of the time, it stands back up. If it's tipped down a certain way, with a push necessary, it will lay down and the cats can't get it back up. But even then, they just pick the feathers, haha!
