The cart is junk

I bought this stroller for my elderly 40 lb dog about one month ago, I have used it about 5 or 6 times, and it is now unusable. The top part (carrier) detaches

I bought this stroller for my elderly 40 lb dog about one month ago, I have used it about 5 or 6 times, and it is now unusable. The top part (carrier) detaches from the base and is high quality and is very comfortable for the dog. However, the cart is cheap aluminum, and the handle is too low for the average size human. In addition, the fold joint of the arm pops apart randomly throughout the walk. The carrier is attached to the collapsible cart by 4 weak snaps which are useless. When going over a 2 inch curb, the carrier came loose and slid off the base entirely. My poor dog slid out on his face. I will not be using it again.

This thing is cheap junk. Flimsy, pet can't see through the mesh, front wheels go every which way. All the materials are CHEAP! Don't waste your money.

Nice handling

The cabin is a little small. Both cats fit in it but there isn't as much they can see. Much better than a telescope handle but a bit too short.

Very nice except for the mesh

Mesh on the sides is too fine for pet to see out or for ventilation and it is plastic. Otherwise a nice product. Disappointed that I won’t be able to use.

The crate, the stroller, the plush pad inside: our two cats love it all. Both of them even sleep in the crate at home! Total win. The only thing I'd change: actual rubber wheels with ball bearings. The ones that come with it are great on even surfaces--we take our 30 pounds of cat for a couple miles per night--but they won't hold up like better wheels would. I'd like an upgrade kit to buy!
