The mesh on this carrier is not chew proof or chew resistant. A determined pet can claw or chew through the material.

Not worth the money

I purchased this product this product thinking it would be easier to take Stormy who is a “fluffy”cat to the vet or groomer. However, while it is very comfortable;

I purchased this product this product thinking it would be easier to take Stormy who is a “fluffy”cat to the vet or groomer. However, while it is very comfortable; it is poorly designed. There are no side handles to make getting it in and out of the car easier, and it tips over if being pulled by the handle.

Wheels rendered useless by ill fitting snaps

One the male end of snap on one corner of wheel base was off by almost a cm. The result was all 4 of the female end of snaps on the carrier and their straps were

One the male end of snap on one corner of wheel base was off by almost a cm. The result was all 4 of the female end of snaps on the carrier and their straps were stretched too far. All the snaps popped open. The carrier was never able to securely latch onto the base. Two on one of the 2 long sides of carrier.flap has a hook and eye mechanism to hold blackout flap in an open position. There are supposed to be 2 hook and eyes on each side. The one side in question has only 1.

Not such good quality.

Excellent but has some flaws

The overall design of this crate is great. We got it to help our injured dog get around easier on the daily, and to carry up and down fights of stairs. Two main

The overall design of this crate is great. We got it to help our injured dog get around easier on the daily, and to carry up and down fights of stairs. Two main flaws are, the baseboard within the carrier is too small leaving the carrier uneven, it fits under the bars that hold the carrier up, but once the animal goes in, it slips out and the top tilts. There isn't a way to either keep it out from under the bars, or keep it under the bars. The wheels and button snaps on the bottom are pretty cheap. The first one we were sent the button snap was broken and would not attach, and the wheels do not have breaks and cannot be removed to be replaced with wheels that have breaks. Our pets love (and fight) over this carrier but the shakiness of the whole carrier when on the wheel board makes them nervous getting in and out of it, and sends it flying across the room when they get out because there is no way to stop the wheels from moving. Taking the carrier off the wheels is impractical for what we are using it for as the wheels are needed multiple times a day. I would have paid extra for better button snaps, a better base in the carrier and (at least 2) wheels with breaks. I'm not sure how to DIY fix this with how the carrier is made if I'm being honest.
