How sturdy is the mesh on the windows? I have concerns about my cats clawing it. Thank you.

The mesh on this carrier is not chew proof or chew resistant. A determined pet can claw or chew through the material.

Great carrier

This carrier is perfect. I have a large cat, and this will make it easier to transport him. Also easy to store when not in use.

This has been a huge help!

Both of my cats are very large (18 & 23 pounds). They hated the old plastic sided carrier, and it was nearly impossible for me to carry either of them in one of those. They each have genetic health conditions that have meant more frequent visits to the vet and this carrier has made them happy and has saved my back! They love it so much they use it as a bed in between vet visits. I just leave two of the sides unzipped and they go in and out as they like. They don't get upset on vet day and seem to like rolling to the car in their "bed."

Worth the money

This is a very well made crate especially for travel but it will Never fit under the seat in an airplane if you do put your dog in with cargo it’s perfect. My dog hopped right in it and loves being pulled around,but that’s not the reason I bought it. So I haven’t found one I can use in the airplane that’s bigger than 19inches in length except this one.

Cannot figure out snaps to attach wheeled frame

I placed a call to PetLuv customer service/HQ because I have a big issue: while my cat LOVES to hang out in this luxurious carrier, I myself am finding it 100% impossible to snap on the carrier crate to the wheeled frame. I do not understand how to use the design—I am wondering if they changed something about it and didn't test the latest iteration before shipping out? The snaps are not something I could ever imagine being able to snap on and off at an airport gate, or a motor inn parking lot or something in an on-the-move scenario.

Nice carrier

I ordered the largest size carrier with the wheels to take my cats to and from the vets. This one checked all the boxes! I wanted a carrier large enough to fit BOTH my big male cats because I thought they would be happier together. They are 15 and 17 pounds and fit snuggly, but fit and frankly, this is the largest I could get! I wanted the "windows" to have covers to keep them calm...check. I wanted wheels because they are HEAVY and I am old! I'm not sure how steady this will be with the wheels. I don't think I would just pull it, as it seems a bit wobbly on the wheels. This is the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I think it will be fine if I pull and drag by the handles instead of the leash it comes with. The carrier itself is very nice and well made, and the cushion is soft and fluffy. Overall I think it was a good purchase for my purposes!
