There are holes in the plastic and 'S' hooks included to hang on the corresponding connections inside the doghouse.
would like to know measurement between two outside mounting holes on medium and large size.

The horizontal dimension from the far left mounting hole to the far right mounting hole, center to center, are 9 inches for the medium and 10.75 inches for the large.
My neighborhood is surrounded with birds sit and waiting to get into my dog’s food. I want to put his food inside his dog house. Does this door keep out birds?

Credit Card refund

I received an email stating that my credit card would be refunded $50 b/c the doors do not stay on well. They fall off the "S" hooks, so I had to rig them with wire. Thank you for the refund. I appreciate that. I think that Chewy is a good company. Stephanie

Chewy sent the Barnhome III Door to my sister in a timely and efficient manner. It is very rare for me to encounter problems with Chewy and/or Chewy encountering errors within their system that cause delays in shipping of items.

Doesnt Stay On

I was very unhappy when seeing how you put this door on the house, only comes with 3 little hooks. My big Lab knocks it off every time he goes in and out of the house. I will say its a nice thick plastic and it will help to keep the space dry and warm. We will be adding zip ties to keep it on. I do recommend the door, just wish it would attach a different way.

Size is not right.

Is said it was 20.5 by 15.7 and it's 20.8 by 14.8 for the large. I think this should be addressed and fixed. Other than that the product is good.

I am unhappy with this product.

I am disappointed in this product, it was thinner than expected, didn't come with any mounting hardware or instructions on what to use for mounting, and I could have gone to the local hardware store and gotten a piece of plastic and cut out a better fitting door myself for a fraction of the price.

My cat said "no"

I guess this is more acceptable to a dog rather than a cat. I wanted it for the indoor/outdoor cat we have so I would be sure he had a cozy nook on our deck. We will just use the house without the door!
