would like to know measurement between two outside mounting holes on medium and large size.

The horizontal dimension from the far left mounting hole to the far right mounting hole, center to center, are 9 inches for the medium and 10.75 inches for the large.

Does this come with the needed hardware or is it just the plastic door?

Credit Card refund

I received an email stating that my credit card would be refunded $50 b/c the doors do not stay on well. They fall off the "S" hooks, so I had to rig them with wire

Size is not right.

Is said it was 20.5 by 15.7 and it's 20.8 by 14.8 for the large. I think this should be addressed and fixed. Other than that the product is good.

Doesnt Stay On

I was very unhappy when seeing how you put this door on the house, only comes with 3 little hooks. My big Lab knocks it off every time he goes in and out of the

I was very unhappy when seeing how you put this door on the house, only comes with 3 little hooks. My big Lab knocks it off every time he goes in and out of the house. I will say its a nice thick plastic and it will help to keep the space dry and warm. We will be adding zip ties to keep it on. I do recommend the door, just wish it would attach a different way.
