I ordered this soft-sided carrier needing it to be delivered in your advertised 3 days. When I put in the order I was told it would come in 4 days. I called called

I ordered this soft-sided carrier needing it to be delivered in your advertised 3 days. When I put in the order I was told it would come in 4 days. I called called customer service, explained my issue and begged for 3-day delivery: no way. Then I begged for 12 noon next day - no comment. It finally arrived at 2 PM on the 4th day. So so disappointed. missed day one of vacation.

Big boy loves it!

My cat has never been averse to carriers, but they certainly aren't his favorite either, especially since he's a big boy. I put this down though, went to get treats

My cat has never been averse to carriers, but they certainly aren't his favorite either, especially since he's a big boy. I put this down though, went to get treats to put in it to start teaching him it was safe, and he'd already crawled in and settled down for a nap. Of course I can't say it's for every cat, but for mine it's definitely an improvement on the last one! Only thing is that I wish it had a suitcase strap, but that's solveable.

The bag does not stand up with the door open on its own. It sags down. This is true with or without the extension open. The sagging door makes it hard for me to

The bag does not stand up with the door open on its own. It sags down. This is true with or without the extension open. The sagging door makes it hard for me to convince my dog to go in to get a treat which I am trying to do to get her used to the bag without just pushing her in. It is ridiculously difficult to access the side extension zipper to open it. The zipper is on the inside of the flap! I do not recommend this item.

I had this carrier for only a year before a seam split. I was at the airport and my cat almost escaped which was very traumatizing for the both of us. It was also advertised as having a seatbelt strap which it did not. Look elsewhere for a quality carrier.

my cat tolerated this well

I used this to bring my 13 lb cat on a 2 hour plane ride. He managed it very well. On the way there, I gave him gabapentin, which he hated, and he somehow managed

I used this to bring my 13 lb cat on a 2 hour plane ride. He managed it very well. On the way there, I gave him gabapentin, which he hated, and he somehow managed to open the zipper to the bag from the inside and stick his head out. I kept it expanded under the seat while we flew so he could stretch out. On the flight back home, I didn't give him gabapentin (he spat it out and refused to take it), so we flew without it and he did even better. Highly recommend this, even better if you can put something soft inside (I put a soft highly absorbent microfiber towel in case he had an accident) and he really did just fine. He doesn't love flying but this bag helped a lot so he didn't feel trapped.

This is just like the last one I bought in 2016, but the color is different than pictured. It has a grey front. Also, the mesh is different, seems a little more robust which is good. My little girl cat just managed to claw her way out of the old carrier, tearing the screen. With this one it seams the screen is stronger to resist her efforts. She will sit on top, lay inside the "screened room" and loves it as long as she isn't shut inside... I saw reviews which claimed it wasn't self standing with the door open. This is untrue. The ends do unzip do this can fold flat. BUT there is a door in the end so you don't need to unzip the end. I keep my end zipper (and the top zipper) secured with tie wraps, otherwise my little escape artist will work the zippers open so she can get out. if you use twisty ties, you can secure them so you don't open the wrong zipper by mistake. Overall, well made. Stood up to 8 years of regular use (most weekends).
