The Petmate Sky Kennel and Petmate Ultra Vari Kennel are different in color and door latch design. The Sky Kennel has a door latch you twist to unlock, while the Vari Kennel has a door latch you push down.

Does the intermediate kennel have the clip-on water bowls?

Good product, usually EXCEPT lately they have been defective

Disappointed with Chewy and the product

Showed up missing hardware for the kennel. Figured no big deal, did the chat with Chewy customer service and they couldn’t send me the hardware, then offered a refund

Good but some flaws

We have a one year old Cane Corso who is 117lbs and traveling to Germany. The crate does not align perfectly with top and bottom. there are some gaps. The metal

We have a one year old Cane Corso who is 117lbs and traveling to Germany. The crate does not align perfectly with top and bottom. there are some gaps. The metal entry gate to the crate could be better built and easier to use. But it did the job and he got across the ocean fine.

Extremely hard to lock

Not very well made and would not hold over time. The locking bar don’t line up with the holes in the plastic. You have to push the top of the bar forward to secure

I bought these to transport my two GSD’s to Hawaii. They will be fine for that, but otherwise I would return them

Sturdy but not turnkey for air travel

Very big roomy crate but missing tiedown holes on 4 corners, locking holes for releasable zip ties above and below gate, nuts that attach top to bottom of crate

Very big roomy crate but missing tiedown holes on 4 corners, locking holes for releasable zip ties above and below gate, nuts that attach top to bottom of crate are plastic and need be all metal. Fixed all these issues with trip to Ace for wingnuts, and 2 drill bits to add missing holes and replace plastic nuts. Otherwise , no other issues with crate.
