Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do
Tried to use it to drive my kitten home. He clawed through the Velcro and climbed out of the case. What’s the point of a carrying case if it doesn’t keep my pet from roaming the car?

Great Carrier
This carrier is good for a really small dog. I would not consider it for a medium dog as our small to medium pup has a hard time turning around in it.
Functional With Care
I purchased three of these in an emergency situation where I needed to transport all of my cats at one time. They work as long as you're extra careful with the velcro at the end of the top closure. I had initially opened the top for kitty loading but was unable to properly secure the velcro from the outside and my cats had no problem pushing their heads right through the opening. I ended up using the zip door on the end instead so I could close the top velcro before adding a kitty to the carrier. The carriers were easy to transport and once they were properly closed and worked fine for transporting my 10-12 lb kitties. I especially like the shoulder strap.
Completely happy with this product!
Actually ordered the smaller size and it was too small for my cat Cindy. So when I called to order the bigger one the young woman that helped me said I was going to get a credit for the smaller bag and told me to donate it. I did that yesterday.

Great carrier
Great carrier for my cat. It allows her to see out through three sides and has a comfortable cushion for her to lay on. Much better than my old plastic carrier!
Lightweight Option
This is my second soft side. I use them for Vet visits and other short trips.
Wish I could exchange for a different one
While some love the top opening/zipper feature, our cat has escaped every time. AKA he's too smart for this carry and instead of knowing he's secure I have to hold the top closed.
