Will it be safe to install the ladder horizontally, rather than at an angle? Will that affect the maximum pet weight supported or the structure's stability?

This product is suitable for installation on both solid walls and drywall, and it already includes screw kits designed for different wall types. Based on Petomg's testing, the ladder has a static load capacity of up to 44 lbs. Therefore, customers may install it horizontally; however, it must be installed strictly according to the instructions. Product detachment is most often caused by incorrect installation, so please be sure to follow the installation guide carefully.

I thought this piece was adorable, but I added two more mounting points to it because it didn't feel secure. Was able to secure one end to a stud, so that end got an stra screw. I also question the durability of the product. Fine for a 10 lb cat, but not sure if it will hold my 20 lb beast.
