I purchased this set and use for wet dogfood. I just noticed that you indicate for dry food. Should I stop using these bowls for wet food? My dog does not eat dry dogfood. Please advise a. s.a.p.

Is this too small for my 37 pound Corgi? Has arthritis in his neck and needs elevated food dish. Bear in mind a Corgi has short legs.

To determine the correct height for a dog food bowl you will need to measure your standing dog from the floor, beneath the front paws and up to the top of the shoulders. You'll need to then subtract approximately 6 inches from the acquired measurement. Dogs should be able to eat without lowering their necks or stretching them upwards. The top of a dog food bowl at the correct height should sit level with the dog’s lower chest.

How wide across are these bowls? I like them fairly wide so my cats don't get whisker distress. Thank you

The bowls measure 6 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches tall.

How high off the floor does the bottom of the bowl sit? I want to make sure my aging dog doesn't have to lean over too far to get to the bottom of the bowl.

This elevated feeder has a 3 inch height from the floor to the bowls. It's recommended for cats, x-small and small breed dogs.

Just Needed to Replace One Bowl

This is my second time purchasing. I purchased the first one 15 years ago and only recently one of the bowls broke in half due to extensive use and age. Unfortunately

This is my second time purchasing. I purchased the first one 15 years ago and only recently one of the bowls broke in half due to extensive use and age. Unfortunately the bowls can’t be purchased separately so I had to order an entire new set. When it arrived I noticed it was missing one of the plastic bumpers on the bowl stand. Not wanting to deal with returning the item I used my old stand which is still in perfect condition. Not crazy about the color but choices are very limited. Overall I like this set. If I didn’t I wouldn't have purchased it a second time. Bella and Mia don’t know the difference as long as there’s food in them.

Gertie was afraid to drink from her water bowl. At first I had no idea why. I started to read about this and found out it was her whiskers touching the water causing her stress. I bought these bowls thinking it would help but she would not even try them. For some reason they scared her. She is 15 with thyroid and kidney problems. I bought some wider bowls on line and finally she is drinking her water again.

Sadly too small for my dog but return policy was exceptional. Just talk to a rep, they refund your money, and instead of shipping it back you are told to donate

Cats Approve
