So Close to Great

I've had this mug for a year or two, and I like the size and quality (and of course the message!). But I'm replacing it now, because of a design flaw. The very thick handle required a hole in it (it's hollow), which is under the top part (cannot see in the photo). When the mug is full of hot liquid, steam gathers in the handle, condenses, and drips over my hand. Every time I lift the mug for a sip, I have to wipe my hand off. Very annoying, so it's being tossed out and replaced by something with a slimmer, solid handle.

Not as advertised!

These mugs are on the Chewy website advertised as “28 oz.” mugs and they are far from it. They hold only 20 oz. of liquid. I ordered 5 and kept 2 for ourselves and shipped the remaining 3 to family members. The first morning we used ours, there was a notable difference in size and shape comparison. One mug held 20 oz. with enough room for a small amount of creamer and the other had to be drained a little to allow for the creamer. We bought them based on the description of holding 28 oz.

FINALLY! A cup worthy of my coffee addiction

When I have a cup of coffee, I have a CUP OF COFFEE! The average 11oz mug is laughable. 15oz, seriously stop wasting my time. 20oz is adequate, and usually that's the largest I can find without paying a crazy amount. This mug is perfect! 28oz capacity, ready for all the coffee I can fit into it. All while making sure anyone in the vicinity knows where my allegiance lies. Not only can this mug satiate my coffee needs, it lets everyone know the cats are above them in hierarchy.
