Major Mug
Arrived within 49 hours! Exactly as pictured! Great for 20oz plus coffee/tea drinkers.
Not microwave safe
When this mug is placed in the microwave, it gets very very hot! The handle & the mug itself. The handle is also awkwardly large. If you are looking for a mug the can be microwaved, do not get this one. Giving 3 stars because it's advertised as microwave safe, and it's not. It's still a functioning mug, but I have to remember to not put drinks in it I may need to warm up.
Not as advertised
These mugs are on the Chewy website advertised as “28 oz.” mugs and they are far from it. They hold only 20 oz. of liquid. I ordered 5 and kept 2 for ourselves and shipped the remaining 3 to family members. The first morning we used ours, there was a notable difference in size and shape comparison. One mug held 20 oz. with enough room for a small amount of creamer and the other had to be drained a little to allow for the creamer. We bought them based on the description of holding 28 oz.

I Loooove my big mug-it holds my coffee and keeps it at nice temp. I got the mug in honor of my recently passed esa, my current service dog, and my lifelong love 4 dogs.

I love the phrasing on this coffee (or tea) mug! I bought several mugs as gifts, but this one is for me. My doggies are more like my “ kids,” and I just thought this mug was representative of that sentiment. After I feed the “ kids,” I make myself a cup of coffee , and they keep me company. My husband is a late sleeper, so I enjoy the early morning in the company of my fur babies. What a great way to start the day!
Awkward to drink from
This cup is bulky and awkward to drink from. It's cute on a shelf. Other than that.
