What is the size in inches

The Small collar is approximately 8-12 inches. The Medium collar is approximately 12-18 inches. The Large collar is approximately 18-28 inches. The X-Large collar is approximately 22-32 inches.
what is the actual length range for the med and large collars? There are no measurements on the item.

Will this fit a cat

The best way to check if this collar will fit your cat would be to measure their neck. You can measure the cat's neck with a flexible tape ruler (just like the ones that tailors use) or by putting a piece of string snugly (but not too tightly) around your cat's neck, marking where the ends meet and then laying the string on the table and measuring to the mark using a standard flat ruler or tape measure. If the cat happens to be in between sizes, it's then recommended to select the bigger size.
