I ordered a completely different looking item

The item I hoped to receive was pictured as a blue football, with a bills logo. The football had numerous holes for small treats to fall out of when playing with

The item I hoped to receive was pictured as a blue football, with a bills logo. The football had numerous holes for small treats to fall out of when playing with the ball. The image was incorrect on the website and I instead got a mundane looking football. Customer service let me know the wrong image was on the website- the football I received is fine, my dogs don’t care but I am a little disappointed.

As NFL fans, we loved them - very cute! Dogs loved them too, with or without treats. They're firm, but soft enough for them to bite down. Problem is, the white rings on either end come off too easily. My dogs had one off of each ball in just a few hours. It's a choking hazzard.
