We have been been making our own dog food for a few years, and our dogs have been happier and healthier because of it, but it’s a lot of work. I was excited to check this out as an alternative. When it initially arrived, I was concerned because there were no instructions on the outside of the bag about thawing, but there were instructions for serving. I was pleased to find, however, that on the package itself, there were instructions for thawing and also clear markings for how much of the bag was the serving recommendations. When I served it to my dogs, they were both very excited; even my picky eater, who sometimes demands treat toppers before he will eat. The only downside of this is the cost, but I will have to weigh that against having free time back.

The Pets Table Fresh Made Dog Food is a must-have! Quality human grade ingredients make this food a super healthy option for your pup. You’ll feel good about feeding them this nutritious meal and they will love it! It looks and smells like something you made in your own kitchen. I have three labrador retrievers that can’t get enough of it. The portions are good size. The food can be used as a stand alone or as a topper, which makes for a good option with multiple dogs. You and your dogs won’t be disappointed.

Crowd pleaser and easy on the belly

Both dogs (Lark, an older 80 pound boxer hound mix and Bongo a younger 60 pound super mix) both loved this food! It came packaged in dry ice and was frozen solid

Both dogs (Lark, an older 80 pound boxer hound mix and Bongo a younger 60 pound super mix) both loved this food! It came packaged in dry ice and was frozen solid. There were 3 separate packs and so I put one into the refrigerator and the other two into the freezer. It took about a day to thaw. It did not have a perceivable smell but the dogs’ reaction seemed to indicate that they knew what was coming. I gave it to the dogs for dinner and they both adored it! I normally give kibble and wet food, so the next day I tried using this as the wet food. It went well although I normally put this into a Kong and the since there was not a lot of moisture in the food, it did not ‘stick’ in the Kong like normal. Their #2 the next day was good :)
