Didn’t work for my dogs

Looks great and like it does the job to keep water clean but it splashes out the water a lot. I have to return because of that as don’t want to damage my floor,

The design

Took a little bit for my cats to not use the fountain as a splash toy but once they figured it out they’ve been drinking a lot more water. I love it!

Larger size bowl easiness to clean

Did not live up to the promise of the filtration system to stay cleaner longer. Have 5 cats and this did not live up to staying cleaner longer. The original drink

Did not live up to the promise of the filtration system to stay cleaner longer. Have 5 cats and this did not live up to staying cleaner longer. The original drink well system stayed cleaner longer... Maybe if you only had two cats it would. We have to clean this new system every week and the original drink well fountain we only clean once every 3 weeks.

Hard to Change Filters

First, I blame myself for not paying attention to the dimensions, but this thing is huge. It was very difficult to put together, especially the 3 clamps to hold

First, I blame myself for not paying attention to the dimensions, but this thing is huge. It was very difficult to put together, especially the 3 clamps to hold it together. Then, you have to take it all apart once a month to change the filters. The second time, one of the plastic clamps broke. Still usable but not ideal. Poor design, and poor marketing! If you look at the picture, that cat would have to be the same size as a medium sized dog, or about 60 pounds!

Never worked right

I’ve had several cat fountains and this one is by far the WORST! a pain in the neck to clean and align the pump. Water never came out of more than 2 of the 4 openings
