This thing doesn't work at all. The litter system itself is fine but I thought perhaps it would be better to order a more permanent tray to refill instead of the disposable ones. I thought WRONG! Everything just piles up and then spills over the edge. Huge waste of money. Stick to the disposable ones, lesson learned!

Been using the cardboard ones and they seemed to be wasteful with a multiple cat household so when I found this it was a game changer and money saver.

The reusable tray works perfectly so far with my PetSafe ScoopFree front entry covered litter box. I had been looking EVERYWHERE for some kind of a permanent tray, since I didn't want the expense or waste of the cardboard throwaway trays anymore. The pet retailer that I usually order from doesn't sell the reusable tray, so I didn't even know that it existed until someone directed me to Chewy.
