Don’t waste your money.
I bought this litter box in 2019 and was so excited about it. After 3 months of use it started malfunctioning so I called customer care and they sent me a replacement
I bought this litter box in 2019 and was so excited about it. After 3 months of use it started malfunctioning so I called customer care and they sent me a replacement. Then about 6 months later the motor went out so I had to replace that. A few months later it malfunctioned again and they sent me another replacement. I have always used the correct litter and filled it to the appropriate line but it is now malfunctioning again. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on something better to save yourself a huge headache!

This litter box was a life changer, for about a year. It has since stopped working properly and jumps gears, but it was good while it lasted. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to get a new one. So it's back to scooping again. I wanted to give zero stars because I'm so sad about it breaking. But I couldn't because of the great, lower maintenance, year we had together. I like to have a variety of litter boxes as I have four cats. They all use this one especially my oldest, she will walk past all the other boxes to use this one
I like to have a variety of litter boxes as I have four cats. They all use this one especially my oldest, she will walk past all the other boxes to use this one I guess she likes that it’s always clean. You have to scrape the bottom every now and then but it’s no problem to do when emptying it. The motor did go up after about a year, but ordering the replacement off of their website was easy enough and it wasn’t to expensive. I’d say it was worth the money

Here it is almost exactly one year to the day, and this automatic litter box has stopped working. I had a prior issue with the noise, so loud I couldn't sleep at night. Chewy sent me a new one, thankfully, but, it has failed. This is a very expensive machine, I would think it should last longer than a year!
