How do you adjust this harness? When we try to adjust it there doesn't seem to be anything to hold the straps in the adjusted position.

This harness features a five-way adjustability for the ultimate fit. To fit the harness to your dog, first open both girth snaps. Place the neck loop over the dog's head, with the D-ring on his back pointing towards his tail. Bring the center strap between the legs and snap together with the buckle ends on the girth sections. Be sure to avoid twisting - the straps should lay flat against the dog's skin. Adjust accordingly so that the girth is comfortably snug. Press your fingers on the lower front on the dog's chest to locate the breast bone. Adjust the shoulder straps and the center strap so the front O-ring is on or below the breast bone.

The X-Small harness has a neck size measuring 5.5 - 8 inches, the Small harness has a neck size measuring 6 - 9.5 inches, the Medium harness has a neck size measuring 8 - 12.5 inches, and the Large harness has a neck size measuring 10 - 18 inches.

This "sure fit" harness is too big for my chesapeake retriever, but the next size down is too small for her chest girth. Therefore, she shredded it in 10 minutes

This "sure fit" harness is too big for my chesapeake retriever, but the next size down is too small for her chest girth. Therefore, she shredded it in 10 minutes. I do like that all the hardware is metal. I thought it was easy to get on as compared with other harnesses I have used.

I needed a sturdy front clip harness for my reactive, strong 18 lb Shih Tzu. His legs are short and he’s been able to wrangle his way out of most harnesses. He is so secure in this harness - I can walk him without fear that he’ll escape. The harness is beautifully designed and put together in such a way that he’s comfortable with no pressure on his neck or chafing under front legs. The front clip helps to keep focus on me. It’s really a great harness!

Its easy to put on.

I needed a harness so I wasn't pulling on his neck so much if he got excited and pulled away. This harness is what I was looking for. He doesn't mind wearing it

Very East to adjust the fittings. Actually I laid out the old harnesses and used them ,as a guide. Looks great, my dogs are happy and so am I.

We are so happy we found this harness. The durable connections for leash on top or bottom, the ease of drying after a swim, the comfort ( our dog has a large chest,

We are so happy we found this harness. The durable connections for leash on top or bottom, the ease of drying after a swim, the comfort ( our dog has a large chest, this doesn’t put pressure on him). We have had 3 other harnesses, that didn’t work well. After swimming with this on,it does loosen a bit, but we feel that is to be expected. It’s the only negative we can think of. We will purchase another to keep one in the vehicle.
