Cheaply made & not finished

First off, I want to say it's not Chewys fault this was not as pictured and not as described. Mine showed up in a box that clearly says GRAY WHITE on it, however

First off, I want to say it's not Chewys fault this was not as pictured and not as described. Mine showed up in a box that clearly says GRAY WHITE on it, however it was unfinished brown. I put it together and was not impressed. The roof is very heavy compared to the rest of it due to it having actual tar and real roofing material on it. This creates a safety issue because it is top heavy and the rest of the house is what I call flimsy. I'm not sure if I got a defective one that was unfinished or not but either way I would be very careful with this. I definitely would not use it for outdoor cats either, there's nothing to keep them warm or safe.

This cat house is really nice. I have 2 older Bengal cats that are very picky about new items or changes so they had to explore for a few days but they are starting to use it. I was surprised at how sturdy it is and assembly was very easy. There are doors and windows plus the top opens so cleaning is a breeze. I would recommend this to anyone. I recommend buying from Chewy. They stand behind all of their products.
