It took my pup a minute to get used to the seat and for me to adjust his tether, but he loves it. He seems to really enjoy being able to see out the windows. He rests his head on the edge and sleeps. Also, super easy to put together and install. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Not what I expected

This seat did not meet expectations. It’s very wobbly and does not secure well. The biggest issue is securing my pet in the seat. He has way too much slack even

This seat did not meet expectations. It’s very wobbly and does not secure well. The biggest issue is securing my pet in the seat. He has way too much slack even with the belt at its shortest length. The seat probably fine for a dog that doesn’t move around but if you have a high energy dog don’t waste your time.

Nekko is a 11 lbs MinPin and he loves his car seat. It sits him higher in the back seat so he can still see out of the window if he wants too. The car seat is

Nekko is a 11 lbs MinPin and he loves his car seat. It sits him higher in the back seat so he can still see out of the window if he wants too. The car seat is in the middle of the back seat secured with the car seat belt and there is a safety strap attached to Nekko's harness. When we go out in the car he knows he must be in his car seat and jumps right in. I also installed a child mirror on the passenger side visor so I can see him in the car seat. Overall it does what I wanted it to do very well and I would recommend it and I would buy it again.

Great product

My dog did not do so well in the car and would always be hopping between the front and back seats. She needed a booster seat mostly to keep her still in one spot

My dog did not do so well in the car and would always be hopping between the front and back seats. She needed a booster seat mostly to keep her still in one spot and out of my lap. She hated it at first and kept trying to leap out of the seat so I had to have the strap to her harness pretty tight at first but she does really well now and loves being able to see out the window while we drive.

Sturdy

Car seat is sturdy, but be aware that the seatbelt is attached to the car's headrest, not the car seat. Also, the fleece lining is only on the sides. This makes

Car seat is sturdy, but be aware that the seatbelt is attached to the car's headrest, not the car seat. Also, the fleece lining is only on the sides. This makes the bottom part waterproof (the part the dog sits on) but then your dog will slide around on it. I'd rather just have a washable soft car seat liner instead of the slidy plastic. I put a cushion in there, but the cushion slides around too. Not a deal breaker though. It's a sturdy seat that lifts your pup up high enough to see out of the window, which in our case alleviated travel sickness in our dog.
