Rough experience

I got the coop in and it has two cracks in it, one from when it was put together and one in the front panel by the door. I let them know and they sent out a replacement

I got the coop in and it has two cracks in it, one from when it was put together and one in the front panel by the door. I let them know and they sent out a replacement. Fantastic super happy with that but I got a dog carrier instead... so now I have no coop, I have to send back the wrong product (no issue there) and I have no box for the coop as they were sending a replacement. Now they're doing none of that and I have ducks coming in three days. Honestly it went from amazing customer service to the worst situation I've had in a while. So im out of a coop, the cost of the coop and I have baby ducks without a house until they figure out how to correct the mistakes on their end. But maybe in 48 hours I'll have somewhat of an answer?!

Bought this coop to upgrade housing for my three hens. Everything arrived in good shape - there was one sliver of an inner panel that had chipped out in transit, but the damage was thankfully cosmetic only - and was VERY easy to put together. I did let it air out for a day because there was a strong chemical-y smell coming off the wood, maybe from the paint, but after that we got our girls set up in it and they took to it right away. I'm a happy chicken keeper!
