Can you change the range?

if your using it on 3 dogs is each button assigned for each if the collars? Or do you have to switch the channel to switch between corrections on each collar?

The remote can control up to 3 collars and each collar can be set at different intensity levels. You can choose which collar is being controlled with the remote by changing the channel, using the channel button on the side. Please refer to the instruction manual, located under the "Instructions" tab, for more details.

Can you pick to set off 3 collars at once (when they all bark) or can you only do 1 collar at a time

It is not possible to activate more than 1 collar at a time.

Not charging

I ordered in June of this year. It’s my second one because i liked the first one i bought. However, i usually only use one at a time. One did good for a couple weeks

I ordered in June of this year. It’s my second one because i liked the first one i bought. However, i usually only use one at a time. One did good for a couple weeks but then it was like it didn’t want to charge. So i tried another one, that one worked for a couple days and still doesn’t really charge it keeps the red light on signifying that it’s dead. I’m about to be down to my last one. I feel the first ones u ordered worked really well and this pack i got a bunch of duds. :(

TERRIBLE

One of the collars was broken on arrival - would not charge. The other two are so dysfunctional they would not even stay charged 30 mins. I had to swim down my dog

One of the collars was broken on arrival - would not charge. The other two are so dysfunctional they would not even stay charged 30 mins. I had to swim down my dog and we both almost drowned. Absolutely should never endorse this product.

Poor charging....

I had these collars since October 2024. And the collars stopped charging. Im not sure what caused the issue, but for the short time I used them they were great

But with being a little expensive I shouldn't have these type of issues so soon. But customer service was very helpful with me getting my refund process going.

We have had one collar that seemed to have malfunctioned. Fortunately it was during the warranty period and the petspy company has great customer support and we were able to get assistance and a replacement rather quickly

I looked for a long time for a training collar for 3 dogs. His popped up and I had to try it. It does everything it says. Only downside is I wish it has 3 chargers,

Great idea. Not great quality.

We didn’t even get to use them before the remote broke and one of the collars came broken. Never worked. The battery was swelling and had to be thrown out.

Not as expected

The beep is very hard to heat for humans so I don't know if it is working. When we tested it at 100 yards, we found it did not work even that distance on a flat
