Do not buy

I work as a vet tech and we had an owner buy this brand due to it being cheaper then the alpha trak 3. The dogs glucose readings were super high even though general

I work as a vet tech and we had an owner buy this brand due to it being cheaper then the alpha trak 3. The dogs glucose readings were super high even though general blood work said it was low. Did a couple of spot glucose test with the alpha Trak 3 and levels where saying 97-150 we then compared it to this brand and readings were 200-400. This device is not accurate and will read high. Please do not get it

I could not get it programmed and neither can anyone at my Vets office. She wanted me to get the other glucose monitoring devise for cats and dogs and Chewy has not had it for quite some time. I'm at a loss. My cat could have died. Still not programmed and a whole lot of money for something so difficult. Vet states does not read right.
