I measured my dog as having a 15 inch neck so I purchased the medium, just in case. Unfortunately, I need about 2 inches more length in order to even have the opposite

Unfortunately, I need about 2 inches more length in order to even have the opposite ends touch let alone click into each other. For the fabric and quality, I think it would be better priced under $17.00. It's a little nicer than the freebies you can get but likely is not as sturdy as the fancier collars. If it was on sale and sized according to their chart then I would purchase the correct size today.

I wanted a comfortable collar for my miniature long-haired dachshund, Dinah. The collar that she had was old and I wanted something that wouldn't hurt her neck. She had a sore on her neck and the old collar had some hard overlapping areas that I didn't like. When I put the new collar on, the sore on her neck went away. The bow that came with the collar made my girl look so cute. I am very pleased with my purchase. I trust Chewy for many of Dinah's needs.
