My cats love this feeder. It has two containers that allow you to transition food easily, or add treats such as freeze dried snacks on one side and their main food on the other. The app is easy to use and the camera is awesome. I can talk to my cats over the intercom option on the camera, take pictures of them, and see how they are doing when I am not home. It removes the need for a pet camera since this is an all in one. 10/10 would recommend!

It does tell me that the food is low when it is completely full, but other than that, I really like them. I love that I can control the feeders and watch them eat when I am not home by using the app. I would definitely buy again. My two dogs were trained within a week to eat from their own dispenser. They check it occasionally to see if there is anything to munch on!

I’ve been using this PiFi feeder for some weeks now, and it has been such a relief!! I can now sync her feeding times with her brother’s, which keeps everyone happy and fed. When both feeders go off together, she actually gets a chance to eat her portion before he finishes his. The Wi-Fi setup was very straightforward and the connection has been solid. I really appreciate being able to watch them individually enjoy their meals on the feeder’s camera when I’m not home, it’s probably my favorite feature. This feels like a real upgrade from other auto-cat feeder brands I’ve used. It’s smarter and more interactive, and just an overall better feeding experience.

It's so easy to set up and use. I love the app and how it live streams and records moments when my pet is in front of the camera too. I love to check into the live stream when she's eating and I'm away. It will also alert me when the food bin is running low so I know to fill it up. Even though my dog gets fed twice a day and just snacks on his meals as he gets hungry, I was excited to get the automatic feeder. It was a good tool to be able to keep my mind at ease in case I was going to be a few minutes late for dinner or breakfast. It doesn’t happen often, but in the chance it does, this is a great product. even if you don’t want to use it for kibble, we experimented and figured out we could even dispense treats. My dog was very excited for that part of it but was skeptical on the noises it was making as it dispensed the food. The app is easy to download, the quality of the camera could be better. It would be a nice feature to be able to move the camera to better see a different angle. My dog is quite large and it’s hard to see him as he walks up to it. I liked how the food tray was removable, but it was a bit harder to clean the inside where the kibble is stored prior to dispensing.

I find it all to be a bit buggy. One of the bins says “ insufficient” frequently, despite being full. I cannot hear what it “says” despite getting close to it. I asked it dispense a cup of food, but when I measured it there was 3/4 cup. My dog does seem to like eating out of it and it is easy to keep the bowl clean, but she does find the dispensing a tad scary.

One of my dogs is a chow hound and is constantly looking for food, luckily this will only dispense according to her schedule. I like the photo and video options. I had an issue at first to get them to work, however the customer service team helped to resolve this. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They go above and beyond to help. I strongly recommend that if you have any issues to contact them. Bottom line, I think this is a fantastic product. I recommend it.
