Barrel is difficult to rotate
The feeder frustrates the cat because the barrel is very difficult to spin/rotate so the cat gives up. Otherwise I believe it would be great slowfeeder/enrichment

Not a good toy
This toy arrived in a box that was damaged and had clearly been opened several times before, and I assume was returned as I will do. The toy is badly designed with
This toy arrived in a box that was damaged and had clearly been opened several times before, and I assume was returned as I will do. The toy is badly designed with food holes way too large and on both sides so that the food drops out constantly and requires no effort of the part of my cat. I attempted to put the toy back in the damaged box and in the flimsy plastic wrap but was not successful. So now I don't know how to return it.

Well made and easy to assemble
I got this for my three cats and they haven’t quite figure out the rolling aspect to it yet, but the maze at the base is still perfect and stops them from eating

Its well made, arrived quickly and I put it together without needing the instructions. Super easy, and I got it in pink so its cute too!

I recently noticed that my two cats have seemed bored lately, and when they get bored they get naughty. I bought this hoping that something mentally stimulating would help them and I can definitely say I’m happy. My biggest complaint is that it’s a bit hard to refill, it would be nice if a whole side unscrewed. Also I wish the height went lower

I bought this for my cat as a last resort. He’s very food driven and will try to inhale his food as quickly as possible with every feeding. I’ve bought several different types of the puzzle bowls for him in the past, but every time he somehow manages to figure out how to work around it and inhale the food. Not with this though!! It’s actually forcing him to work for his food AND when it does fall, the grooves are too deep for him to just stick his face in. He actually has to work to get the kibble out once it’s fallen, too. Though he is NOT happy about, I sure am! It’s slowed him down and is so enriching for his mind. The only “negative” to this product is that there is no traction so it does slide pretty easily. If you can get past that, it’s worth every penny.
