Our 1 and 1/2 yo cavalier king charles spaniel LOVES this activity! It keeps her entertained and engaged for a long time! At least 30min-1hr. I crumble her favorite treats and snacks all over it since she is not on a kibble diet. If you feed your dog a kibble diet, this is a great way for them to eat dinner! It makes it so much fun! After ours is done rooting for her treats she will go back and grab her mat and carry it around and shake her head back and forth until she is tired out lol it's so cute to watch her! I plan to get another one for our our breeder as a gift!

This was so much cuter in person than when I first saw it online. It is very durable, so I’m not sure what the other reviews are referencing. The ears squeak, so that’s super cute. It helps slow down my little piggie if I sprinkle her food in the matt and entertains her like she’s on a hunt. I’ve gotten other rooting Mats that literally disintegrate after she rubs the fringes enough but she’s had this one two months and it looks brand new. Def recommend !
