Smart Design, Solid Build

When the power goes out, our pets have water still. If the water level drops, the pump will begin to make noise as it pulls air which makes for an alarm to refill

When the power goes out, our pets have water still. If the water level drops, the pump will begin to make noise as it pulls air which makes for an alarm to refill. For our cats, they fulfill their need to drink at ground level. We prefer this over alternative water bowls with flowing water. Highly suggested for cat owners!

Don’t buy this!!

We’ve had it only a few months and it makes so much noise that my cats won’t use it. Plus it’s hard to clean. We had a much cheaper unit that lasted 7 years and

Pick a different fountain

1.Directions for setting the flow lever wasn't clear 2. Wire from pump has to be bent and barely fits to close the top 3. Top sits on bottom piece, but doesnt snap

Top sits on bottom piece, but doesnt snap and can be easily dislodge and then stream of water becomes misaligned. I ordered a different one I had previously through Chewy. It is much sturdier!

Stainless Protection Against Plastic!

My cats love this, I just wish the bubbler at the top held more water. Expect water stains if you have hard water. I do use filtered water to refill.

Cats love it. Hoomans, it can be slightly noisy. The motor suctions to the bottom and seems to move easily, so the spout in the motor can vibrate on the ring in

Cats love it. Hoomans, it can be slightly noisy. The motor suctions to the bottom and seems to move easily, so the spout in the motor can vibrate on the ring in the lid. The lid itself can move a little and vibrate on the bowl. Going to try a bead of silicone and see if that helps with the vibration on the lid and bowl. Overall, it's a good fountain, just annoying to have to adjust daily.

The pump is either too small or is defective.

Pump was too weak. The Wirecutter warned about this. The instructions were poorly written, and their You Tube was sped up to be useful. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

I expected this fountain to be a bit noisy, but it's so whisper quiet! I was also glad to be able to find a stainless steel fountain, as the plastic ones aren't as healthy to use (get nasty fast, and can cause chin acne in cats). I also like that it's nice to look at....a bonus!
