Not compatible with my fountain, which I checked before I purchased and was misled. The adapters do not even match each other, so the usb adapter does t connect

Don’t waste your money

Just buy a whole new fountain. I wasted my money trying to replace just the cord my cat chewed through and that included the pump as well since it’s all attached

Just buy a whole new fountain. I wasted my money trying to replace just the cord my cat chewed through and that included the pump as well since it’s all attached to each other. Unfortunately the replacement I bought has pieces in the box that don’t even fit each other let alone work in the fountain. Absolutely ridiculous and stupid to send me replacement pieces that don’t even belong with each other??

No way to plug it in

Included USB cord, that even has a picture of the pump, does not connect to the pump. There is no way to plug the pump in without buying a different cord.
