Dead Batteries

I have bought these balls many times in the past and they have been adorable when the batteries lasted a reasonably long time. These last balls I bought the batteries

I have bought these balls many times in the past and they have been adorable when the batteries lasted a reasonably long time. These last balls I bought the batteries are dead upon arrival . The light up feature is very dim because of it.

Lights last less than 1 hour

I bought it again and am currently playing with it for the first time as I write this review and the lights have already gone out and it hasn’t even been an hour.

Lights don't last long anymore

I've been buying these strobe balls since 2019, they've been an absolute favorite for one of our dogs because they've been super durable and the lights are fabulous

I've been buying these strobe balls since 2019, they've been an absolute favorite for one of our dogs because they've been super durable and the lights are fabulous for night time fetch. These were amazing until around early-mid 2024 when they must have changed manufacturing or something. The lights are finicky, sometimes super bright until you throw it once and then it quits, sometimes they don't have any light at all (I haven't wanted to deal with trying to return them so I've just kept them annoying as it is since they're expensive), and sometimes the light is so weak, you can barely see it. You never know what quality of ball you're getting now and it's incredibly frustrating especially since this is the only light up ball that my dog hasn't destroyed yet. All others he destroys immediately because they're flimsy. These are much stronger - we have the squeak version too and they're great for dogs who destroy balls too. But I want the lights to work when the ball is thrown ... Like they're supposed to!

Pretty, great texture but inconvenient

The material bounces well, and the dog likes it. I wish it stayed lit longer and that it would fit in a chuck it handle.

Great ball. Dog is an aggressive chewer and ball obsessed. Has not destroyed this ( just lost it) because she went everywhere with it! Buying several more

Loves it but doesn’t make it a week.

My GSD loves light up balls. He loved this one. But we replaced it too many times to say it lasts more than a week.

This is my favorite toy that we have ever given our dog. She is part pit and easily destroys most toys, but we have had this one for four months now and it is still intact. It bounces well so it is fun for her to chase, and it is hard for her to grip it so it makes it easier to get the ball from her to play fetch if she doesn't drop it (she's a puppy so she's still learning).
