Best toy ever
I have a 2 year old pitbull mix rescue dog (80lbs) from a shelter. With love and patience she has become a loving companion. To reward her I often purchase a toy which she either tears apart in seconds or in which she quickly loses interest. But this fantastic squeak ball is her favorite. She carries it around in her mouth and loves to make it squeak. Truthfully, the sound can get to you at times but to see her enjoy the ball makes up for any inconvenience to our ears. It is the first toy she has not demolished. It is durable, brightly colored, there is no squeal mechanism that she can swallow and it has lasted for over two weeks now. Also, it takes a lot of pressure to get the ball to squeak so the ball gives her lots of exercise. Special thanks to the manufacturer.
My 75 pound Springer Spaniel/Australian Shepherd/who knows what mix is by far, the most destructive dog I've ever had when it comes to toys. He just LOVES to chew up and destroy the toys, it makes him ridiculously happy, but it does not make me happy having to buy new toys all the time. Balls are his favorite toys (plushies also but of course they do not last long) and he goes bonkers if they have a squeaker. Typically he wrecks the squeaker within minutes in any toy and then he's sad it won't squeak anymore. I can only let him have them for a minute here and there, then I have to put them away. We've had the Orbee Tuff light up balls for months now and he hasn't destroyed them. I think he could if he REALLY wanted to but maybe it's just difficult enough for him to not want to? Saw there was one of them with a squeaker and decided to give it a try. Honestly, I thought the squeaker would just entice him to destroy it and I wondered if it was a huge mistake because he'd then start to destroy the Orbee Tuff Light up balls too. But it's been at least 2 weeks and the squeaker ball is perfectly intact. He loves it and carries it everywhere, even just to go to the bathr.
Best so far!
My German Shepherd can kill a squeak toy in seconds, he destroys Kongs in minutes, and he doesn’t care for goughnuts. This ball has lasted 4 days now and I am shocked. It stood up to his VERY AGGRESSIVE chewing. He broke the squeaker in about 2 days but the ball is still going strong and he loves it! I was worried it was too small and might be a choking hazard at first but he’s been gnawing at it for 4 days and it’s still in one piece. Worth every penny! Thank you!
I've bought a lot of balls and only the ones that squeak as my Rat Terrier loves the squeakers . The squeak would last about 2 days and quit . Now with her new Orbee-tuff ball Izzy has met her match , day 10 and it's still squeaking she loves the bounce too as she's a jumper .
Crazy about this ball
Rhubarb, has been a reluctant (golden) retriever. When he became engaged chasing another dog's ball, he wouldn't give the ball back. Reviewers say that this remarkable behavior is common! He takes his ball to bed with him.
This ball quickly turned into my boys favorite toy. It's very durable and the squeaker doesn't go out. After about 2 weeks my Bull Terrier did manage to destroy it. But it's worth the money, I'll be buying more.
Initially I was not very happy with these balls. Neither of my dogs seemed very interested in them and the were much more expensive than competitors. To be fair, I do not often get my dogs new toys and I had given each of them 2 new, very squeaky toys in the previous 2 weeks. This toy is more difficult to squeak, and the squeak is less noisy than many other squeaky toys. Over time though, this seems to have become both of my dogs' favorite toy. Both of them will go get this ball out of the pen and bring it out to play. They both seem to prefer it to their previous favorites, even my lab mix who doesn't chew as aggressively so the ball doesn't squeak much. German shepherd mix bites harder so ball squeaks more (I can't get this ball to squeak in my hand, have to stomp on it or smack it against something). Both balls still squeak and don't have splits or defects after 2 months. I'm now very impressed and happy with my purchase.
His Most Favorite!
He loves this bouncy, squeaky keep away ball! I love that I can grab it out of his mouth and throw it. It squeaks and bounces, and he happily chases it. I know I can leave him alone for hours at a time with it because he can't destroy it. He is a "gnaw on it til it dies" chewer. Now, if I can just teach him to actually bring it back instead of chasing him just to throw it again. Who has who trained?!
Turns my dog into a happy maniac
My dog is a relatively chill, 80-lb, 11 month old Pyrenees. She enjoys playing with toys about as much as any giant breed puppy. When she pulls this out of her basket, though, she turns into a different dog. Bounding across the house squeaking and chasing the ball. A literal psycho. She entertains herself for a solid 20 minutes at a time. Could not recommend any toy more.
This ball is so great for my super chewer pup. My puppy would chew up every ball. He will chase this one over and over. He will lay down and chew on it and it is still in tact.
