I bought this sensory ball for my 4-yr old flat-coated retriever who is obsessed with balls that squeak for her to have while she recovers from TPLO surgery. She could smell it before I got it out of the box and loves playing with it. It did come to us with a small tear in the seam but there is no way I’ll take it from her in order to return it.

Safety issues

We purchased several Playology toys. All were shredded within miutes of supervised puppy playtime. There was also a weird urine scent coming from all of the toys,

We purchased several Playology toys. All were shredded within miutes of supervised puppy playtime. There was also a weird urine scent coming from all of the toys, especially the soft red ones. Playology customer service never replied to us about what chemicals were used in their soft toys. We will be sticking to Kong toys.

safety concern

I have a small dog 13 week old puppy He was very attracted to the toy and started chewing on it immediately. But after only about 10 min the fabric on the bumps

I have a small dog 13 week old puppy He was very attracted to the toy and started chewing on it immediately. But after only about 10 min the fabric on the bumps (2 of them) was all frayed leaving threads and the supporting part underneath exposed. I was disappointed because he really seemed to like it but was worried about him eating the fabric.

My puppy LOVES it. I ordered the small blue one which is peanut butter scent, even with our nose we can smell the sweetness on this toy. I gave it 4 stars for the fact that this toy is meant for 6-18 week puppies (teething period) and this little pup managed to unravel one of the nubs. Really think it should be built with stronger material because under each nub is cotton. Last thing is I need my pup going to the vet.
