This is my dogs absolute favorite toy. He has a few playology toys, he loves them all but specifically this blue ring. He is an 80 lb Pit mix and he has had these toys for years. Chews on them ALL the time. Never have chewed through to them like you see in other reviews. I am actually shock other dogs were able to chew right through them! Idk but worth the shot, bc if your dog loves it as much as mine does you will be happy with your purchase.
Even with "tough chewer" toys, my little boykin will destroy it in minutes. This toy has made it through the ringer, with my boy, and still going. A must have, if you have a fur baby that will destroy anything!!
We had a hard time finding a toy our dog can sit for a long time with without moving onto the next one or getting bored. This has been great!
Originally purchased for my 200 lb English Mastiff while my Cane (kahn-ay) Corso was still a pup & got his own, smaller toys. Fast forward only 3 months and he's gone from 40 to 100 lbs at 6mos and has developed the Cane Corso bite force!! All of his toys are demolished, even the Kong Xtremes, but his brother's Playology rings are now shared and while he has started to pierce it, it has not lost a piece yet. The scented bone-shaped ones do hold up better and are a bit stronger than the rings. I will have to monitor these for damage as he gets stronger.
Took our 7 mos old terrier two weeks to really start getting chunks off of this guy, we let her keep it for a bit longer. If you have a serious chewer, won't last you long but for a moderate to light chewer, would recommend. Softer than the kong tire.
Just received the toy. The weight of the toy is too heavy, and when I opened the package, it is very strong rubber/plastic material smell. I’m not sure if I want my dog chew it or not. Not too happy with the price I paid!!
He was not interested in this at all. Got it for free, with others , so will give others to charity basket
Puppy likes to chew it and it is showing bite marks but no pieces coming off of it. Holding up fairly well so far.
I have power chewers in the house: English Bulldog and Bull Terrier. This has stood up pretty well so far and beat out the Kong ring, which the Bull terrier demolished in mere days
Ozzie loved both noisy rings....tore open the box to get to them.
