Lanosterol eye drops ineffective delivery method

In some animal studies lanosterol only worked when delivered directly and in high concentrations - and the effect faded as the drug levels dropped. In Topical Drop

In some animal studies lanosterol only worked when delivered directly and in high concentrations - and the effect faded as the drug levels dropped. In Topical Drop Studies, the amount that actually reached the cataract was often too low to have a meaningful effect. Even if dissolved, lanosterol molecules have to cross multiple eye barriers: tear film, cornea, aqueous humor, and lens capsule. Most topically applied drugs get washed away by blinking tears and under a minute so only a tiny fraction reaches the lens. Injection (intravitreal or subconjunctival) Bypasses some barriers, but that's invasive and carries risks like infection.

Quick Results

First time purchasing this item after reading reviews, after only 3 days of use I noticed some of her cloudiness has gone away and she is able to follow my hand

First time purchasing this item after reading reviews, after only 3 days of use I noticed some of her cloudiness has gone away and she is able to follow my hand back & forth. I will continue to use the product abd get it on auto ship. Doesn't help with the night vision but I'm fine with the outcome. TY

Product doesn’t work

The product is expensive. Too small of bottle for amount of drops required. After following directions for 2 weeks no improvement

Ran out before effectiveness proved

First bottle ran out in two weeks. No difference in my dogs eyes yet. Ordered two more bottles and delivery was delayed so now there is a break in treatment. I hope
