Arrived Broken
The coconut cup was snapped off of the perch when it arrived. The box was undamaged, so it looks like it shipped broken.

I received the coconut bowl and when I put it into the cage the branch literally points downward, which will make the contents fall out. No matter how you try to
I received the coconut bowl and when I put it into the cage the branch literally points downward, which will make the contents fall out. No matter how you try to maneuver it, the combination or a crooked branch and how they screwed it together makes it so that once you tighten it it goes back into the same position. Was going to see if they would do an exchange, but I’m not seeing a part for returns etc.

As soon as they saw this Coconut cup bird branch they showed interest. Once I attached it easily to the cage my conures were on it. They enjoy eating from & just sitting on the branch. It's considered too large for conures but I think they like it being larger than their other perches. Whenever they can they choose the biggest food availble to eat so I think it's a conure trait.

My harlequin macaw loves this perch! We have been using it for his treat at the end of the day, typically a peanut, and will drop it in the cup. He knows that means bed time and will return to his cage for the night. I noticed he jumps onto the perch a little harder than his other perches as of he likes the little bit of give and bounce that it has, haha!
My birds love this cup!
My 2 yellow nape amazons use this everyday when I add their treats. I like it because it is all natural like it belongs in the jungle. Great product!

I do not recommend purchasing this product. It's poorly made. The coconut swivels around loosely. I tried to tighten the screw, but it's stripped. A pet will not
