Instructions
Clean mounting surface and suction cups with alcohol before using. Suction cups may be distorted during shipping, however, the shape will be restored when mounted on clean glass for several hours prior to use. Surfaces other than clean, smooth, and non-porous may have unpredictable results. For best results apply a small amount of baby oil or petroleum jelly to the rims of the suctions cups.
- Don't turn show on full blast - start with a light shower.
- Adjust the water temperature before you put the bird on the perch. (Luke warm, never hot)!
- To stop the bird from flying pull the shower curtain or close the shower door.
- If the bird attempts to chew up the suction cups, cover the cups with a wash cloth.
- To clean your bird's feet and for better grip, use a wet wash cloth for your bird to stand on.
- Never leave your bird unattended.
- Check window temperature and observe your bird for signs of overheat or cold (panting or fluffing).
- Don't push too hard when mounting the suctions cups on glass.
- Add a toy or rope to the screw-eye for entertainment and exercise.
- Use window & door locks if available.
- Tighten and fold away screw to reduce movement during acceleration & braking if required.

Well constructed perch
This is a well constructed perch and worth every penny that I paid for it. The only drawback to it are the 3 large suction cups which have to be VERY CAREFULLY applied
This is a well constructed perch and worth every penny that I paid for it. The only drawback to it are the 3 large suction cups which have to be VERY CAREFULLY applied to the shower wall BEFORE you bring your bird into the shower! Also the perch must be mounted upside down!
Falls off within 10 minutes
I have tried attaching this perch in the shower and window. Stays for about 10 minutes, then I hear a crash. Tried using the alcohol as directed. Tried wetting

Does not stay still and arrived dirty
My item arrived with literal dirt in the package, and stuck in the grooves on it. The bar is flimsy, like it doesn't stay in one spot. It moves way too easily,

I've purchased other perches that had major flaws that this unit very elegantly addresses. Strongly recommend.

Our birdie girl LOVES this perch in the shower
We love this perch as it allows us to fold it "out of the way". It allows us to give our girl a shower without having to hold her. She loves the humidity and overspray

Unintentional chew toy
Anyone else have issues with their parrot chewing the top suction cup? It’s a natural instinct for them to chew but unfortunately when he gets his beak behind it,
