Budgie Loves It

I have a budgie that is unenthusiastic about most toys I buy her. She won’t chew on cuttlebones, she just flirts with them. She stopped chewing her older toys and is not interested in the new wood toys I keep buying her, until this toy. She is constantly at it, climbs on it, shreds and chews and is so very happy. Her beak was getting a little too long and is under control in less than a week, and the cuttlebone component in this toy is half gone. She has shredded all the paper off the big ball and is making short work of the material under it. When it came I thought I made a mistake buying the large one but it’s just perfect and my parakeet is stoked. I’ll be buying this one again for sure.

Unsafe and not for medium birds.

This toy is threaded on a thin wire twisted shut on each end with sharp ends. It's dangerous and definitely not strong enough for anything with a beak bigger than

This toy is threaded on a thin wire twisted shut on each end with sharp ends. It's dangerous and definitely not strong enough for anything with a beak bigger than a cockatiel or budgie. I won't be giving it to my bird but will take it apart to use the toy parts and discard that dangerous wire.

Our birds approve!!! I like the fact that these are all natural and made in the USA. We've had it in the cage for about 3-4 months and they are still picking away
