Poor packing and padding

Lack of padding in the box items arrived were fine except for the lack of proper backing. All loose in the box.

Poop scooper set

I love that I no longer have to bend down or squat to clean up behind my dog. I have really bad knees and this makes it possible for me to handle this chore much

Not so easy

I was able to use this and liked it at first. However my 11 year old is not able to load the bags and scooper correctly. Thereby leaving all the pick-up to me
