Delicious for my fur babies

I gave these to my fur babies and they both seemed to just go nuts for it. Only thing was there seemed to be more rice than anything and think it would be better

I gave these to my fur babies and they both seemed to just go nuts for it. Only thing was there seemed to be more rice than anything and think it would be better if more of the lamb was inside. But my dogs went crazy for this and both inhaled their food. Didn’t have to worry about them leaving anything behind with this.

We have 3 rescue dogs (ages 11, 10, and 7) and decided to give the Winnie's Lamb n' Rice topper a try as a special treat. We had one of our grand dogs over and gave him some too. The topper had a loose, kind of dry texture to it. They all really liked it; however, it made 2 of them so very gassy for a few days. They smelled so bad that we will definitely not be buying any of this for them in the future.

I love that it’s shelf-stable, so it doesn’t require refrigeration—perfect for travel, busy days, or just easy storage. The packaging is sturdy and convenient, and most importantly, my dog absolutely loves it. It looks and smells like real food, not overly processed, which gives me confidence in what I’m feeding. Nice topper! The Lamb N' Rice formula was a combination of lamb, lamb heart, brown rice, carrots, peas, mushrooms and eggs. Oher ingredients were eggshells, millet flour, sea salt and vegetable oil. All natural ingredients and enticing to the two terriers in this home. We warmed up the pouch and gave them 'a spoonful'. Just remember it is intended to add variety to a dog's diet. Only for intermittent or supplemental feeding.

My girl had just finished some dental work the day I received this and needed all soft food. She LOVED this mix. It has good ingredients and it’s made in the US, so it checks those boxes. The only comment I have for improvement has to do with packaging- some of the food gets stuck in the bottom creases of the pouch, making it hard to get it all out. And she wanted it ALL!
