I live in rural Texas, so pet supply stores are over an hour from my home. After moving here I tried a couple of large pet chains, and a local supply store. Was not impressed with any of them. I felt all of them were over priced. I had a dog with a special diet, and no one was able to provide me the food for less than $5 a 11.5 oz can, and only one flavor. My dog liked 3 of the flavors, and when asking about getting more flavors, all said they carried the one that sold the best and would not order until they got more inquires to get a different flavor. Therefore I could only get Rusty food at the Vet which was about $80 a week. My neighbor introduced me to Chewy and told me they had almost everything you could think of for pets on line. You could create an account and get everything shipped to you, and in many cases no shipping cost. I had problems setting up my account and called their customer support. Was pleasantly surprised I talked to a HUMAN. I have called many times since always the line was answered by a HUMAN. Additionally there was no phone option tree that required a photography memory to keep up with all the choices, usually resulting in not being able to get a hold of the right person/department you were calling to talk to. My service has been great Customer service has been the best and I have never ended a customer service call without the customer service representative getting my problem resolved or putting me in touch with the right person/department that was able to completely resolve it. You get all this with reasonable prices compared to retail pet stores across the country. Keep up the Great work, and have a wonderful holiday season for all your employees.

expensive and not tangle free
I ordered 2 of these even though they were the most expensive, specifically because they were the only ones that got 5 stars. They are very comfortable on the hand
