didn't get this for the pets, though I'm sure it would work. Instead we use this for travelling and having a place to drop keys and whatnots in the hotel rooms

It does not leak

These have a plastic liner, so they don't leak. They're kinda small, but that makes them easy to carry. My dogs are 50 to 100 pounds - just have to fill a second
