Is this chew proof?

Every dog is different and, since not all dog items are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help this crate mat last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog item is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off. Not recommended for chew sessions.
Can this be hand washed if needed and dried on low or aired as well ?

This mat is Machine-washable and dyer safe. The mat could be hand washed if needed.

Not that "Tuff"

After 2 washes the stitching is coming apart. Not very durable at all. Very disappointed in this mat. 1 month and I'm replacing it already.

Not all that tuff

My dogs only use this bed to rest on and after about 3 days, the seams at the corners started ripping. I don’t recommend for anyone. The pros: the color is pretty, the non slip on the bottom works pretty well.

Thinner than you might think

This has less filling than you might think so it was a little thin. The cover is sort of cordura-like but I wouldn't claim that it is Xtra Tuff. My guy sucked on it and nibbled it and had stuffing out of it in about 5 minutes. I've repaired the holes twice and will probably have to do it again. So, not for really tough chewers.
