We love it!
We bought this to replace a ramp for our 27lb dog. He was shuffling (sliding on his feet) down the ramp and we could tell he didn't really like this sensation. He is familiar with stairs so this is really working well for him and easy on the pads of his feet :) We were so happy to find this and it is a pretty darn nice piece of furniture too! This comes fully assembled and is heavy and sturdy. Well worth the $. Thank you!
Wonderful
These stairs are very sturdy and well made. My 70lb English Bulldog runs up the stairs and no creaking or cracking.
These Steps Are Great!
My kitty is getting older now, and I have noticed that she has more trouble now getting up and down from the bed. I bought some other steps that were apparently foam with something over it, but they were wobbly. These steps are heavy, beautiful wood and carpet over. It took her a couple of days to trust them, but now she goes up and down without fear. Thank you Chewy for a little more "kitty independence"!
Dog Stairs
These steps are beautiful and very well made. They are in the LR for 2 - 16lb. Fur babies The wood is stunning and the carpet is upgraded. Although pricey so worth it to be part of the furniture. They look great! Highly recommend
Way to go Chewy!
I purchased the 2 step version of this same step for my 3 pound teacup yorkie (for the couch) but bought through Wayfair. She took to it right away and it's been over a year now and the quality of this step is un matched. It is the nicest looking step I have come across so I needed to get the 3 Step version for my bed and knew I wanted to get the same brand. Chewy had by far the best price on this, and I also didn't mind paying what I paid bc clearly these steps are going to last forever. I am writing this review bc honestly I am so blown away at how much care Chewy takes in packaging their shipments. I have been ordering literally everything this past year and have never wanted to actually take a picture of how the package came delivered. It was bubble wrapped perfectly and the box even have fragile stickers on it. I haven't ordered from chewy before but I am sold on this company. Love love love my new steps and love the customer service even more. Way to go!
TOP QUALITY
I like everything about this product. It's appearance, quality, design etc., Unfortunately for me, I should have ordered the 4 step model. The 3 step is not high enough so I cannot use it for fear of my dog hurting himself.
NICE ADDITION TO MY LIVING ROOM.
My fifteen year-old Chihuahua could still jump up on the couch but was afraid to jump down. Now he goes up and down the steps easily. The wood construction is sturdy and looks good against my leather couch. A little pricey, but worth it.
Outstanding Stairway
This is a very High Quality Stairway. I bought it for my cat. He is VERY Picky about what he uses. This stairway is solidly made (no wobble) and my 18 lb. feline LOVES It!! He is sure of his footing and even when he jumps up onto his scratching post furniture, he likes "taking the stairs" down. Pricy, but worth it!!
Love these stairs
They may be pricey but I really love these stairs. I spent about 2 minutes leading the dogs up and down the stairs with treats, and they took to them immediately. They stairs are really sturdy, so I don't have to worry about them toppling or sliding across the floor if my dogs run too quickly at them. They're the perfect size for our bed, and the carpet keeps their paws stable. It's also beautifully made and very heavy—considering we'll be using these for years, it was well worth the purchase.

Nice, heavy & sturdy. Furniture like look. Nice wide steps. Came to me wrapped completely in bubble wrap, no damage. Bought the 4 step one too for bedside.
